ALBARELLA is a private island located in a lagoon south of Venice. It is 5 km long and 1.5 km wide island, shaded by trees of many species. The island of Albarella is connected to the mainland by a dike and can only be entered by its inhabitants. It is an ideal place to spend a quiet family holiday and sports lovers will enjoy also. There are all the necessary services, 35 shops, 20 sports facilities, 18-hole golf course, 20 tennis courts, equestrian center, about 1500 bicycles, about 200 children's bikes, tourist port with about 455 seats, car rental and arranging the transfer. Location in the zone of Fiordi, close to the beach Capo Nord.

Villa Elisabetta is situated in the Bibione Spiaggia resort, about 550m from the beach and 200m from the center. Villa has two apartments. The guests may use the parking space and garden. The apartments have microwave, TV, coffee maker and air conditioning. Stay with the small dog is permitted (must be requested in advance).

Type C-6 (trilo 6)

Living room with the folding sofa for 1-2 persons, double bedroom, bedroom with 2-3 beds, kitchenette, bathroom, terrace, air conditioning.

The new residential complex with swimming pool (operating approximately from 3/6 to 3/9, depending on weather) is located in a quiet part of the resort, about 400 m from the center and less than 900 m from the beach. The apartments are modernly furnished and have a reserved parking space. On request when booking the possibility of ordering apartment with air conditioning at an additional cost and wifi (fee 25 € / week). On request it is possible to order a microwave in the apartment. Baby cot fee is 18 €. On request and for a fee of 35 € / week, it is possible to stay with a dog. It is possible to order beach service on the beach Perla or Happy Days. The price includes a parasol and two sun loungers. Perla beach fee is 80 € / week (this beach is larger and has children 's climbing frames) and Happy Days beach is 60 € / week. During the season a tourist train runs to the beach and back (approximately every hour, Monday - Saturday from approx. 9 am to 12.30 pm and from 4 pm to 7 pm). There is a mandatory tourist tax of € 10 per apartment per week (regardless of the number of people in the apartment). The tax is collected for a maximum of two weeks.

Type F1 (bilo 4)

Villetta Katia is located in Bibione Spiaggia about 800 m from the beach. Apartments have got air conditioning and a TV. Villetta Katia does not have its own parking space.

The newer villlaggio with two swimming pools is located in the central part of Bibione Spiaggia, yet in a quiet area near the thermal baths. Accommodation is offered in multi-storey terraced villas with garden or balcony. There are garage parking spaces, wif-fi, a large swimming pool with a children's slide and a smaller swimming pool with hydromassage and a sun terrace with sun loungers. The apartments are nicely furnished and have air conditioning, satellite TV, coffee maker, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, safe and fully equipped kitchen. There is also animation for children and a shuttle bus to the beach and back. Stay with small and medium breeds of dogs is allowed.

Small villa Teresa consists of only 4 apartments of trilo type (two on the ground floor and two on the first floor). The villa is located in a quiet part of the resort Bibione Lido dei Pini, about 650 m from a beach. For our guests there is parking place and garden available. Simply furnished apartments are with private sanitary facilities, TV and microwave. Beach service is included in price (sun umbrella + sun bed and chair). Stay with a small pet is possible for a fee, on request when booking.

Little holiday building, Idra is composed of 11 apartments in a quiet area at 900 m from the beach, 200 m from the center and about 2 km from the wellness center Bibione-Thermae. Apartments are equipped with TV, coffee maker, microwave, safe and private parking place. Allowed stay with small dog (on request when booking).
