The complex is composed of 2 floors for parking / garage (height entrance garage 210 cm) and 6 floors of apartments, reached by 3 stairways and 7 lifts. The roof is accessible: there are 2 spacious furnished solariums and 3 swimming-pools (for adults and children). There is a fantastic view of the beach, pine-woods, lagoon, thermal centre, city-centre. Rich natural pine-wood. All apartments have independent central heating and air conditioning, armour-plated doors, small safe. Spacious covered balconies, many with sea-view. Tourist tax EUR 0.50/person/day obligatory to pay on the spot.

Villa Milena is located about 200 m from the beach and 800 m from the center. Guests can use the parking space and garden. There is a possibility of ordering apartment with air conditioning (charge 25 € / week) and wifi (charge 25 € / week) on request when booking. On request it is also possible to order a microwave in the apartment. The apartment has a washing machine. Baby cot fee is 18 €. Dog allowed for a fee of about 35 € / week (on request). It is possible to order beach service on the beach Perla or Happy Days. The price includes a parasol and two sun loungers. Perla beach fee is 80 € / week (this beach is larger and has children 's climbing frames) and Happy Days beach is 60 € / week. The fee is paid on the spot. There is a mandatory tourist tax of € 10 per apartment per week (regardless of the number of people in the apartment). The tax is collected for a maximum of two weeks.

Appartamenti Sara e Isolina is a complex of 16 newly built apartments in the Bibione Spiaggia resort, about 500m from the beach. The building is opened all year. The guests may use the elevator, outdoor covered parking lot (capacity is limited). The apartments have safe, microwave, safety door, air conditioning, TV and coffee maker. The apartments in the Sara area have also a washing machine.

Villaggio Ai Pioppi is located in the resort of Caorle Altanea, about 500 meters from the beach. The complex consists of one-storey terraced houses and is situated in a quiet place. Guests are provided with a swimming pool, children's pool, free wifi by the pool, sun terrace, children's playground, car park. The apartments are modernly furnished with their own bathroom, coffee maker, TV, air conditioning, safe. A free-of-charge tourist train runs to the beach and back.
