Condominio Albatros is located approximately 100 metres from the sandy beach in Bibione, in the Pineda area. Guests can make use of the condominium's car park. The Albatros offers accommodation in apartments with a TV and a balcony. The C2-6 and C1-6 apartments also have air conditioning. Apartment C2-6 also has a dishwasher and washing machine.

The newly built Residence Carpini (2016/2017) is located in Caorle Altanea, approximately 400 metres from the beach. The residence consists of 29 apartments of different typologies divided into 2 buildings. Guests have at their disposal parking space, playground, wifi connection, elevator (only in some parts), swimming pool with jacuzzi, sun terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas, children's pool. The apartments are equipped with private bathroom, air conditioning, TV, microwave, safe and coffee maker. A free tourist train runs to and from the beach.

The small residence Jolly is located in a quiet area, only 190 m from the beach. The apartments are simply furnished, guests have parking and a lift. All apartments have a TV and a terrace. Apartments with air conditioning, a microwave and an awning are available on request for a fee. Bed layout may vary from the description. Dog on request for a fee of 30-50 €/week (depending on size). Wi fi is available for a fee of €25/week max 25 hours + deposit of €50 for a Hot Spot router (limited number, on request)

The residence is suitable for undemanding clients with simpler equipment. It is located in the eastern part of Lido di Jesolo, in a quiet area a few steps from the sandy beach and about 50 m from the small promenade. It is suitable not only for families with children. It offers a swimming pool for adults and children, a sun terrace, a lift and parking until capacity. The apartments have a balcony. On request the possibility of an apartment with air conditioning. In Lido di Jesolo there is a residence tax of € 1 per day, payable by each person from 10 years of age. The tax is charged for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights.

Condominio Bolognese is located in a quiet part of Caorle, about 150 m from the sandy beach of Levante. The residence has an elevator and a reserved parking space for each apartment. The apartments are practically furnished, all with TV, balcony and air conditioning. Possibility of staying with a small dog for a fee of 40€/week (to be requested when booking, payable locally).

Apartments Apollo, Scala e Ca Cividale are situated in 3 smaller buildings, which are about 300 m apart and are located about 500 m from the sandy beach and near the centre of Bibione. These are simpler accommodations. In Apollo it is possible to stay with a small pet (up to 5 kg, must be requested at the time of booking) and parking is available for clients. Guests can use the covered parking in the Scala building. The apartments are simply but functionally furnished and include a microwave, TV, safe and coffee machine.
