This complex of 8 buildings is located in Bibione - Spiaggia, about 1400 m from the sea. Clients can use 9 swimming pools, sun terrace, elevator, covered and uncovered parking, safe, free minibus transfer to the beach. Stays with a small pet (up to 5 kg) allowed (on request when booking).

New building, completely enclosed, beach distance ca. 1300 m reachable by a free shuttle bus. The distance to the town centre is about 400 m and the most important shops are in front of the village at a distance of 50 m. It is built of 9 blocks of flats 4 floors each connected by elevators; the whole building is also accessible for disabled people. The village offers an enclosed swimming-pool area, made of 4 pools with a surface of about 800 m² and different depths, hydro-massage, games for children and a slide of 4,5 m. There is also a great solarium area with sun-chairs and ombrellas, a snack bar and a small restaurant for the guests of the village; a panoramic tower gives you the possibility to have a nice view over the whole landscape. For the entertainment and different events in the evenings there are an amphitheatre and for the children a play ground with animation

Villaggio Capistrano consists of 52 aparments situated in 4 blocks of terraced villas. It is located in a quiet part of Bibione Spiaggia about 1100 m from a sandy beach. To the beach is during summer season provided free transport. For our guests there is available garden, pool for adults and for children, reserved parking. All apartments are renovated and equipped with TV, safe, microwave, coffee maker and air conditioning. Small pets are permitted (on request when booking).

Villaggio Gelsomini - very nice villaggio with 20 apartments in three terraced villas located in the central part of Bibione Spiaggia. The complex has a swimming pool for children and adults, wifi for a fee in public areas, garden and reserved parking spaces, each apartment has air conditioning, microwave, TV and coffee maker. The whole complex was recently completely renovated. During the season, guests can also take a free pick-up to the beach. Free linen on arrival (possible exchange during a longer stay for a fee - linen 8 € / person), must be requested in the agency on arrival. Day of the arrival and departure is Friday!

The new (opened since June 2012) Residence Margherita is located about 1100 m from the sandy beach on the outskirts of Bibione Spiaggia, just 10 minutes from the center and spa. It has a completely unique location in a quiet environment within easy reach of nature. The complex consists of two three-storey residences with 25 apartments, for guests there is a swimming pool for adults and children with an area of 200 m2, a terrace with sun loungers, a garage and outdoor parking.
