Popular modern residence (opened since June 2012) located near the Levante beach - approx. 100 m, with swimming pool (approx. from 16.5 - 19.9) and sun terrace. A wi-fi connection is also available to clients around the pool. All apartments are nicely furnished with microwave, washing machine, TV and air conditioning, have a balcony or terrace and a parking space in the garage under the residence. There are shops on the ground floor of the residence. Dogs are allowed for a fee of 40€.

The ski resort of Corvara-Piz Boé is about 1 km from the hotel, several other lifts such as Borest or Col Alto are located at a similar distance, and there is a ski bus stop right in front of the hotel. The nearest airport is Bolzano Airport, about 65 km from the hotel. The hotel offers a range of services for guests, including a lift, restaurant, bar, piano bar, lounge with TV, Wi-Fi, reading room, games room, ski storage room, laundry room, small fitness centre, small wellness centre with sauna and relaxation area, covered garage (for a fee of € 16/day, no reservation possible) and parking (limited capacity for a fee of € 8/day, no reservation possible). The hotel organises a Mini Club for children from 4 to 10 years old, and babysitting can be arranged on request for an additional fee.
