Residence Eden is located in Castelnuovo del Garda - Paradiso, about 3 km from the centre of Peschiera del Garda and Lake Garda. It consists of four blocks of two-storey buildings (Camelia, Phoenix, Magnolia and Limoni) set in a large garden with swimming pool Guests have at their disposal the 1,112 m2 Laguna swimming pool, with a depth of 0.5 - 1.4 m, suitable for children, plus animation programmes (in Italian) in high season. The apartments are fully furnished, all with private bathroom and kitchenette, have a balcony (for the upstairs apartments) or terrace (for the ground floor apartments), TV and air conditioning in summer. Residence Eden is part of the large Parc Hotel Paradiso & Golf Resort, which consists of three other hotels/residences and a golf course. Guests can also use the services of the other resorts, such as the swimming pools and wellness centre (for a fee) at the Parc Hotel, the token laundry at the Golf residence (about 800 m), the restaurant and bar or the mini-market, Parc Hotel also offers the possibility to order meals - breakfast for 9 €/person/day or half board for 25 €/person/day. Accommodation with small dogs (max. 10 kg) allowed, must be requested in advance. A sojourn tax has been introduced for this resort of approx. 1 €/person/day, payable locally.

Residence Poiano Resort is approximately 1.5 km from Garda and Lago di Garda. It is the ideal place to spend a quiet family holiday in the countryside. There are 160 apartments and according to the architectural styles the residence is divided into 6 two and three storey sections. Residence A is the historic part of the building, which has been renovated and was the basis of the whole resort, Residence B-C is built in a modern and functional style, (apartments on the ground floor with a terrace with direct access to the garden, and on the first floor with a balcony overlooking the lake and the surrounding area), Residence D offers a beautiful view of Lake Garda (apartments have a terrace or balcony) and Residence E-F consists of country-style apartments with a balcony or terrace with garden furniture, which are located in the central part of the resort Clients have at their disposal reception, bars, restaurant, parking, Wi-Fi for a fee of approx. 2 €/day, swimming pool, 6 tennis courts (for a fee of approx. 12 €/hour, without lighting), football pitch, beach volleyball court, gym, children's playground, ping-pong, bicycle rental (for a fee of 3 €/hour), laundry service (for a fee of approx. 5 €/laundry cycle or drying, no powder), shop, safe deposit box for a fee of 2 €/day. For a fee of 12 €/person/3 hours you can visit the new wellness centre (for over 18s) - saltwater pool, Turkish bath and sauna, massages. All apartments have new air conditioning, centrally controlled reception (weather permitting). Breakfast or half board available on request. Deposit is payable by credit card block (cannot be paid in cash). Linen and towels are included in the price on arrival, possible replacement during the stay for a fee. Upon arrival, a mandatory sojourn tax is payable locally - approx. 1 €/person/day.

From mid-May to mid-September, the resort runs a Junior Club. All apartments have new air conditioning, centrally controlled reception (weather permitting). Breakfast or half board can be purchased on request. Possibility to rent a baby cot for a fee of 4 €/day. On request, it is possible to arrange daily cleaning for a fee of 20 €/day. The residence offers an airport transfer service (for a fee), a shuttle service to Lake Garda. A refundable security deposit of € 200 is payable by credit card (cannot be paid in cash). Linen and towel rental on arrival included, exchange during the stay for a fee (for stays between 7 and 13 days 1x exchange, for stays longer than 14 days 2x exchange). Price for towels is 4 €/set, price for bed linen is 8 €/set. Guests are provided with beach towels (deposit 20 €/ towel), exchange 2 €/pc. Upon arrival, a mandatory sojourn tax is payable on site.

Residence Le Rasole enjoys a quiet location in the hilly countryside, approximately 1.6 km from the centre of Garda and Lake Garda. A free shuttle service to the town is available from April to October. There is a bakery and restaurant nearby. Guests have access to parking, a large garden with barbecue facilities, as well as a shared washing machine. There are 10 simply furnished apartments with a terrace, all with a TV, safe, microwave and coffee machine. A new swimming pool was opened in 2018. A compulsory residence tax of approximately €0.8/person/day has been introduced in this area, payable locally. The residence is not suitable for youth groups. Attention - this year the deposit can only be paid by Visa or Mastercard!

Residence Oasi is situated in a quiet location at the foot of the mountain, about 2 km from the centre of Limone and Lake Garda. It offers accommodation in 32 apartments, spread over 3 two-storey buildings. For guests there is a reception, a bar, an outdoor swimming pool with parasols and sun loungers, a TV room, a car park (pending availability), table tennis, a children's playground and also the possibility of renting mountain bikes. On request, there is a possibility of staying with a dog for a fee of approx. 7 €/day.

Residence Corte, with 45 simply furnished apartments, is located at the foot of Mount Antelao, near the resort of Borca di Cadore. Guests can make use of the facilities of the nearby Hotel Boite - bar, reception, restaurant, animation, mini-club, TV room and, for a reduced fee, the nearby Corte Spa with swimming pool, hydro massage and sauna. In the Corte residence clients can enjoy a snack bar, internet access in the lobby, board games. Stay with small dog on request upon booking, for a fee of approx. 50 €/week.

Residence Vignol 2 is located in a quiet location surrounded by greenery with panoramic views of the surroundings, about 2.7 km from Bardolino and Lake Garda Guests have at their disposal a garden, an outdoor swimming pool (18x9 m, May-September), a children's playground, a tennis court and for each apartment a parking space (in the car park or in the garage). A total of 12 simply and practically furnished apartments, located on the ground floor or on the 1st floor, are always equipped with private bathroom, TV, balcony or terrace with table and chairs.

Residence I Cortivi enjoys a panoramic location in Costermano, about 2.5 km from the centre of Garda and Lake Garda. A small shopping centre, restaurants and pizzerias, a supermarket and a bakery are nearby. The completely renovated country farmhouse offers accommodation in furnished apartments, all with private entrance and garden, as well as satellite TV, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine, garage parking. Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge on arrival, any changes during the stay will be charged In the large 5000 m2 garden overlooking the lake there is a 16 x 8 m outdoor swimming pool with children's section (open 12/5 - 15/9 depending on weather). Free wifi throughout the residence. A compulsory residence tax of approximately €0.8/person/day has been introduced in this area, payable locally. The residence is not suitable for youth groups.
