Residence Le Ginestre is a popular complex of terraced houses with swimming pool, located in Cavallino Treporti, about 1.5 km from the centre of the resort and only 150 m from the sandy beach. The complex has two swimming pools (for adults and children), a park, a garage (for a fee of approx. 13 €/day) and a reserved parking space for each apartment. Air conditioning on request in advance for a fee of 50€/week and wifi connection for a fee of 30€/week (to be requested when booking).
Mandatory sojourn tax of approx. 0.85 €/person/day (children under 12 free).

Blisko do morza (choć dalej niż wspomniane 150 m), niedaleko do sklepów. Jedna droga dojazdowa / wyjazdowa więc bywają korki, podobnie z dojazdem do miejsca skąd odpływają statki do Wenecji. Przyjemne miejsce dla rodzin z dziećmi, choć publiczna część plaży niezbyt duża.

Generalnie bardzo pozytywne odczucia, apartamenty w miarę przestronne, na terenie ośrodka czysto, basen czyszczony codziennie. Brak czajnika, trzeba we własnym zakresie kupić środki do czyszczenia, poza basenem brak atrakcji dla dzieci na terenie ośrodka.

Ośrodek naprawdę prześliczny, uroczy basen tuż za progiem, do parkingu podziemnego kilka kroków. Do morza jest co prawda trochę dalej niz obiecane 150 m, ale plaża jest szeroka i niezbyt tłoczna. W apartamentach jest wszystko, co potrzeba. Z personelem (bardzo miłym z resztą) można dogadać się zarówno po angielsku, jak i po niemiecku, a w razie czego do dyspozycji na telefon jest również polski konsultant (wiem, bo korzystałam, gdy nie można się było dodzwonić do recepcji). Odrobinę zdegustowana byłam tylko niezbyt czystą toaletą i brodzikiem, ale po wyszorowaniu na wstępie w/wymienionych wszystko było ok. w przyszłym roku namawiamy przyjaciół i jedziemy w to samo miejsce.

Basen i leżaki do dyspozycji gości. bardzo ładne otoczenie, z przyjemnością można wyjść na balkon i odpoczywać.

W apartamencie w zasadzie nie brakuje niczego, kuchna wyposażona w podstawowe sprzęty, choć daje się we znaki brak czajnika. Nowe meble w pokojach, miło i przytulnie.
Beach:
Plaża naprawdę szeroka, można wypożyczyć sprzęt plażowy, albo przejść się kawałek dalej z własnym kocykiem.

we własnym zakresie, ale basen za progiem rzeczywiście ułatwiał organizację czasu dzieciakom
