Villa Tiziano Lignano Sabbiadoro. Villa Tiziano is located in a quiet and green area of Lignano Pineta, approximately 900 metres from the sandy beach and close to shops and restaurants. There are only 10 apartments in the house, guests have access to a shared laundry room for tokens, a garden and free wifi.
From mid-May to mid-September, the price also includes beach service for each apartment (umbrella, sunbed and lounge chair).

Wir haben eine schöne Urlaubszeit in Lignano Pineta verbracht und kommen sicher im nächsten Jahr wieder.

  • Position:
    Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants , der Strand und die Flaniermeile von Lignano Pineta waren fußläufiger erreichbar. Ebenfalls der am Strand befindliche kleine Park für Kinder war gut zu erreichen.
  • Staff:
    Die Kommunikation mit der Argentur war super, es hat alles reibungslos geklappt.
  • facilities of accommodation (hotel, residence):
    Uns war die Villa Tiziano bekannt und mit der Ausstattung des Hauses waren wir zufrieden. Die Parkmöglichkeiten waren groß genug und es gab Möglichkeiten zur Wäschepflege.
  • facilities of apartment:
    Alles benötigte war in unserem Appartement ausreichend vorhanden. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte ohne Probleme. Die Größe war für uns (2 Erw. Und 2 Kinder) optimal. Einzige störende Kleinigkeit war der Abfluß der Dusche. Hier kam es zu leichtem Wasseraustritt in das Badezimmer.
  • Beach:
    Der Strand war tgl.gesäubert und die reservierten Plätze ohne Mängel. Die Sauberkeit des Strandbüros wurde mehrfach täglich wieder hergestellt. Wir konnten unseren Strandaufenthalt tgl.genießen.
  • Sport and entertainment:
    Zwischen den Strandbüros 3 & 4 fand täglich ein Kidsclub sowie div.Sportangebote usw statt. Diese haben wir jedoch nie genutzt.
  • Board:
    Wir hatten Selbstversorgung gebucht und die naheliegenden Supermärkte, Bäckereien usw.ließen keine Wünsche offen. Eine Kommunikation war zu jeder Zeit möglich, da überwiegend deutsch verstanden wurde.
