It is possible to order beach service at Perla Beach or Happy Days. The price includes an umbrella and two sun loungers. The new residential complex with swimming pool (open from approximately 3/6 to 3/9, depending on weather) is located in a quiet part of the resort, about 400 m from the center and less than 900 m from the beach. On request at the time of booking, it is possible to order an apartment with air conditioning for an additional fee and wifi (fee 25 €/week). It is possible to order a microwave oven for the apartment on request The charge for a baby cot is 18€. On request and for a fee of 35€/week it is possible to stay with a dog. It is possible to order beach service at Perla Beach or Happy Days. The price includes an umbrella and two sun loungers. The fee for Perla beach is 80 €/week (this beach is larger and has climbing frames for children) and for Happy Days beach the fee is 60 €/week. In high season, a tourist train runs to and from the beach (approximately every hour, Monday - Saturday from 9am to 12.30pm and from 4pm to 7pm), a subscription for the whole week can be purchased locally for approx. 20 €/week for the whole family.

Villaggio San Francesco is a popular campsite with bungalows and mobile homes located right on the sandy beach just a few kilometres from the historic town of Caorle, on the very edge of the Duna Verde district. The spacious grounds with plenty of greenery offer a main building with reception, several restaurants, a pizzeria and cafes/bars, grocery and souvenir shops, Wi-Fi (free 4 hours a day, additional charges apply, registration required), parking and a medical service for minor cases. Of course, there are also children's and sports playgrounds, a picnic area and, most importantly, several swimming pools. Staying with a small dog is only possible in the Comfort Pet apartment for a fee of 8€/day - must be requested when booking. Near the campsite there is a dog beach - Bi Dog Beach. A baby cot can be rented on request for a fee of 5€/day. Air-conditioning available: 20 hours subscription for 20€ + 5€ deposit (to be requested at the time of booking).
