Greenwood Luxury Home Monte Grimano Terme. Set in Monte Grimano Terme in the Marche region, Greenwood Luxury Home is an impressive stone villa. It is 10 km from San Marino, 30 km from Rimini, 30 km from Federico Fellini International Airport and 25 km from the nearest beaches in Riccione and Cattolica, for example. Shops and services can be found in Fiorentino, 2 km from the villa.
The two-storey villa is decorated in a modern style. The first floor consists of several parts - a glass portico with fireplace; then a living room with sofas and a second fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
A brick staircase leads from the living room to the first floor. Here there are three spacious bedrooms (two with double beds, the third with twin beds). On request, it is possible to add two more beds or a baby cot for a fee of 50 €/week. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have a private bathroom inside or next to the room.
In the basement of the villa there is a relaxation centre with steam bath, hydro massage bath and sun loungers. There is also a garden, a swimming pool with hydromassage jets, an outdoor seating area with sun loungers and parasols, a zen canopy bed, a portable barbecue grill and parking.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa. There is also a coffee machine, electric oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, TV, iron with ironing board, CD player.
