And don't forget that pets are always welcome! The Residence Domus is a pet-friendly hotel for those who don't want to deprive themselves of the precious company of their four-legged friends, even on holiday. In addition, just a few metres away from the hotel is one of the best equipped beaches with areas reserved for pets! The Residence Domus has parking spaces available on site or in the immediate vicinity of the residence; reservation is required (12€/day).

Type B (bilo 4)

All apartments in the Domus Residence are very spacious, most of them have a balcony, some with sea view and can accommodate 3 to 5 people. The apartments are of the bilo type and have spacious bathrooms with shower and hairdryer, air conditioning/heating, kitchenette with living room and sofa bed, double bedroom, TV, wi-fi, electric blinds and safe.

Residence Lungomare is located in Riccione. The Residence offers guests accommodation in self-contained apartments, while offering the quality services of a four-star hotel. All apartments are located near the town's harbour and between 50 and 350 metres from the Lungomare Hotel, the Suite Hotel Maestrale and the Mon Cheri Hotel. Also within approximately 400 metres of the apartments is the beach "Le Palme" 88-89, which guests can use on request at an additional cost. On the beach there are two swimming pools (for adults and for children), a relaxation area and hot tubs. An animation programme is provided for children. It is recommended to book a place on the beach in advance. Guests can use the electric car charging station and rent children's equipment (for a fee). A stay with a small dog can be arranged on request (charges apply). Meals are available on request at one of the nearby hotels, which offer breakfast (BB), half board (HB) or full board (FB) in the form of a breakfast buffet and à la carte lunch and dinner menus. The price of the apartments includes: rent, energy consumption, final cleaning, towel and linen rental, one parking space in the unguarded parking lot, the possibility to take lunch/dinner from the restaurant to the room and Wi-Fi connection in the apartments. Some apartments also include beach access, daily cleaning and linen change. Guests are required to pay a sojourn tax on site.

Residence Beach Paradise is located in Viserba di Rimini, just about 20 metres from the beach and in close proximity to many shops, bars and restaurants. The apartments are nicely furnished and have private bathrooms. they have private facilities, TV, safe, hairdryer, wi-fi, microwave, air conditioning and balcony (can be with sea view). Guests have at their disposal a lift, a small swimming pool with jacuzzi, a sun terrace with sun loungers and a small car park (possibility to reserve a space for a fee of 60€/week). Accommodation with a dog is possible for a fee of 30€/week (to be reported at the time of booking).

The popular Residence Amalfi is located in Lido di Savio, just 20 metres from the sandy beach. Guests have at their disposal reception, American bar, elevator, parking (until capacity), lounge with TV, wi-fi, bike rental (limited number), laundry. The residence offers accommodation in comfortable apartments with air conditioning, TV and sea view. Possibility to purchase beach service for approx. 10 €/day (umbrella and 2 sunbeds or chairs) or with access to the waterslide near the residence for 15 €/day. Accommodation with small dogs is allowed for a fee of 35 €/week (on request when booking). The resort has introduced a compulsory residence tax of approx. 2 €/person/day, payable locally.

The new and nicely furnished apartments are located in several villages in Lido di Pomposa, about 150 m from the sandy beach. These are two-storey villas surrounded by greenery, all with air conditioning, TV and balcony or terrace Guests have at their disposal a restaurant, animation and parking (approx. 50 m from the residence). Beach service is included - 1 parasol and 1 sun lounger/apartment (except Casa Vacanza and Casa Vacanza Superior, from approx. 19/5 to 8/9). On the beach, guests can use, among other things, a beach volleyball court and a bar. Dogs up to 20 kg or cats allowed on request for a fee from € 5/day to € 10/day (depending on dates, to be booked at the time of booking) - not available for 1st floor apartments.

The excellent location approximately 150 m from the beach makes this residence ideal for a quiet family holiday The beach is sandy with a gradual entrance to the sea, part of the beach is free, beach service can be purchased on site (the residence provides a discounted price of 70 €/week Bagno Medusa - umbrella + 2 chairs). Shops are approx. 500 m away, bike rental 800 m, internet point 350 m, laundry, restaurants and bars nearby. Parking is free on the street in front of the residence or in the nearby area There are 20 apartments equipped with kitchenette, TV, safe, free wi fi, microwave, bathroom, balcony or ground floor terrace with garden furniture. Some apartments have a washing machine and some have a sea view On request, it is possible to stay with a small pet for a fee of approx. 35 €/week.
