Hotel, dle mého soudu neodpovídá kategorii 4 hvězdiček. Jeho slabinou je umístění až na hranici mezi Miramare a Riccione. Do Rimini je to odhaduji asi 25 stanic autobusem nebo trolejbusem. Okolí hotelu je velmi rušné, hotel stojí bezprostředně u hlavní komunikace s benzinkou a kruhovým objezdem.
