Residence T2 is located in Miramare di Rimini, just 100 metres from the beach. All apartments have a private bathroom, kitchenette, balcony, air conditioning, hairdryer, TV, Wi-Fi and safe. Parking space available on request for a fee (approx. 15 €/day). Stay with a small pet for a fee of approx. 9 €/day (to be reported at the time of booking).

Residence Giardino is located right on the sandy beach in a quiet area of Bellaria Igea Marina, close to shops and restaurants. Guests have at their disposal a reception, two lifts, swimming pool, sun terrace, laundry service for tokens, fenced garden, outdoor parking 500 m from the residence free of charge or garage for an extra charge of 70 €/week, wifi, animation, free bike rental. All apartments are comfortably equipped with bathroom, kitchenette, wifi connection, TV, safe and balcony. There is a compulsory club card fee of €80/apartment, which includes access to the swimming pools, outdoor parking space in a private car park approx. 900m from the residence, bike rental, animation programmes (in IT) and wifi. A numbered parking space directly at the residence is available for a fee of 90€ for a covered parking space or 50€ for an uncovered parking space. On request, a stay with a small pet is allowed for a fee of 80€/week. Groups of young people must be notified in advance at the time of booking (higher deposit of 250 € and mandatory final cleaning fee of approx. 100 €).

The new and nicely furnished apartments are located in several villages in Lido di Pomposa, about 150 m from the sandy beach. These are two-storey villas surrounded by greenery, all with air conditioning, TV and balcony or terrace Guests have at their disposal a restaurant, animation and parking (approx. 50 m from the residence). Beach service is included - 1 parasol and 1 sun lounger/apartment (except Casa Vacanza and Casa Vacanza Superior, from approx. 19/5 to 8/9). On the beach, guests can use, among other things, a beach volleyball court and a bar. Dogs up to 20 kg or cats allowed on request for a fee from € 5/day to € 10/day (depending on dates, to be booked at the time of booking) - not available for 1st floor apartments.

Residence Carioca is located in Viserba di Rimini, about 40 metres from the beach and close to many shops, bars and restaurants. The apartments are standard furnished and have TV, air-conditioning, wi-fi, balcony (some with sea view) and there is a small parking lot available for guests (we recommend to book when booking your stay - for a fee of 60€/week). On request it is possible to book a baby cot (30€/week) or a stay with a dog (30€/week).

The popular Residence Buena Vista is located in Viserba di Rimini, right by the beach (no need to cross the road) and in close proximity to many shops, bars and restaurants. Guests can use the residence's elevator, reception, laundry service and small parking lot (recommended to book when booking for a fee of 60€/week). The apartments are standard equipped and have air conditioning, safe, microwave, TV, wi-fi and balcony (some with sea view). Staying with a dog is possible for a fee of 30€/week.

Residence Lungomare is located in Riccione. The Residence offers guests accommodation in self-contained apartments, while offering the quality services of a four-star hotel. All apartments are located near the town's harbour and between 50 and 350 metres from the Lungomare Hotel, the Suite Hotel Maestrale and the Mon Cheri Hotel. Also within approximately 400 metres of the apartments is the beach "Le Palme" 88-89, which guests can use on request at an additional cost. On the beach there are two swimming pools (for adults and for children), a relaxation area and hot tubs. An animation programme is provided for children. It is recommended to book a place on the beach in advance. Guests can use the electric car charging station and rent children's equipment (for a fee). A stay with a small dog can be arranged on request (charges apply). Meals are available on request at one of the nearby hotels, which offer breakfast (BB), half board (HB) or full board (FB) in the form of a breakfast buffet and à la carte lunch and dinner menus. The price of the apartments includes: rent, energy consumption, final cleaning, towel and linen rental, one parking space in the unguarded parking lot, the possibility to take lunch/dinner from the restaurant to the room and Wi-Fi connection in the apartments. Some apartments also include beach access, daily cleaning and linen change. Guests are required to pay a sojourn tax on site.

A mandatory sojourn tax of 0.30 €/person/day is payable locally. Children under 11 years are free of charge.

Residence Lugano is located in Rimini, approximately 150 metres from the beach. Nearby are restaurants, shops. Clients have at their disposal a reception, parking (free of charge, until spaces are exhausted, cannot be booked in advance) and a garage (on request for a fee of approx. 5 €/day). WI-FI connection available for a fee The apartments are spacious, modern and functionally equipped. They have a balcony, air conditioning, bathroom, TV, kitchenette with microwave. Small dogs are allowed (for a fee of 30 €, on request at the time of booking) Groups of young people pay a higher deposit of €300/apartment. There is a mandatory sojourn tax of € 1.50/person/day (children under 14 years free).
