A smaller apartment house without elevator, Villa Licia is situated right in the centre of Bibione Spiaggia, approximately 250 m from the sandy beach and about 50 m from Piazza Fontana. The apartments are simply furnished and equipped with a safe, fridge, microwave and air conditioning, they have a balcony and a reserved parking space. Small pets are allowed for a fee of € 40/week (on request at the time of booking). For a group of young people the deposit is € 300/apartment.

The popular Piscine villas are located about 400 m from the beach in a quieter part of Porto Santa Margherita, near the centre of the resort. The villas have a garden, TV, microwave, washing machine and parking space. Air conditioning is available on request for a fee of approx. 50 €/week. The apartments are simply furnished For a fee of 30-50 €/week (depending on size), dogs are allowed, must be reported in advance. NEW 2018: Wi fi is available for a fee of 25 €/week max 25 hours + deposit of 50 € for a Hot Spot router (limited number, on request).

Type C (trilo 6)

Appartamenti Halley is located in a quiet area in Bibione Pineda, approximately 100 metres from the sandy beach. Small dogs are allowed.

Condominio Jolly is located in a quiet part of Bibione - Lido del Sole, right by the sandy beach. The clients have at their disposal an elevator (from the 1st floor). The apartments do not have a parking space. Smaller pets (up to 10 kg) are allowed for a fee of 40 €/week (on request upon booking). For a group of young people the deposit is 300 EUR/apartment.

Villa Maria is just 50 metres from the sandy Levante Beach in the eastern part of Caorle, approximately 500 metres from the historic centre. All apartments are air-conditioned, have TV, balcony (some with sea view) and parking space.

Smaller residence with swimming pool located about 250m from the beach in the central part of Bibione Spiaggia, just a short walk from the pedestrian zone with restaurants, shops and bars. The apartments are standard furnished with TV and balcony and each has a reserved parking space. Dogs are welcome for a fee of € 60 (on request at the time of booking, payable locally).

Type C (trilo 6)

The trilo apartments for up to 6 people (approx. 50 m2) have a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, a double bedroom and a room with two beds and a bathroom. facilities, TV and balcony. The apartment has a reserved parking space.

Aparthotel Holiday is located in Bibione Spiaggia, approximately 50 metres from the thermal baths and 150 metres from the pedestrian area. It is a recently built, comfortable 8-storey complex located directly on the beach and is especially suitable for families with children and more demanding clients. For guests there is a reception, restaurant, bar, 3 lifts, WI-FI (free throughout the hotel), garden, large swimming pool for adults and children, spacious sun terrace, animation and mini-club (during high season), children's play area, laundry service (for a fee) and outdoor or covered parking. Accommodation is available in one of the 130 apartments, which are equipped with kitchenette, bathroom, TV, safe, air conditioning and terrace. Meals: the stay can be booked either with breakfast only (BB) or with half board (HB, breakfast + dinner). Full board (lunch) is available on request. Discounts on the 3rd and 4th bed in the Classic Suite (bilo 4) and on the 4th, 5th and 6th bed in the Royal Suite (trilo 6) and Panoramic Royal Suite (trilo 6): children up to 5 years free, up to 14 years 40% discount, others 20% discount.

Villa Sandra is located about 300 m from the centre of the resort and about 400 m from the beach. The villa has only 6 apartments and a reserved parking space. On request, wifi is available (for a fee of 25 €/week, in case of interest it must be ordered when booking). A microwave oven can be ordered for the apartment on request Dog allowed for a fee of approx. 35 €/week (on request). The fee for a baby cot is 18€. It is possible to order beach service at Perla Beach or Happy Days. The price includes an umbrella and two sun loungers. The fee for Perla beach is 80 €/week (this beach is larger and has climbing frames for children) and for Happy Days beach the fee is 60 €/week. The fee is payable locally. There is a mandatory sojourn tax of approx. 10 € per apartment per week (regardless of the number of people in the apartment). The tax is charged for a maximum of two weeks.
