Set in a large park of 25,000 m2, Residence Solemaremma is just 2 km from the centre of Castiglione della Pescaia and 800 metres from the sea. The residence is 25 km from the railway in Grosseto and 136 km from the nearest airport in Pisa. In the central area there is a reception, a lobby with lounge, reading rooms, lounge with TV, 2 swimming pools surrounded by sun loungers, pool bar, restaurant, pizzeria, mini-market, laundry, children's playground, 2 tennis courts (for a fee), bicycle rental (for a fee) and unsupervised parking (1 parking space per apartment is included in the price). From 24.6. to 8.9. the residence offers an animation program for guests, including sports activities and a Mini Club for children from 4 to 12 years old. Free Wi-Fi is available in certain areas of the residence (and in some apartments). Superior E (trilo 5)

The recently renovated Superior rooms with sea view are spread over two floors - on the lower floor there is a living room with a kitchenette and a sofa bed, on the upper floor there is a double bedroom, a mezzanine with one bed and a terrace with a seating area. The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning, TV, hairdryer, microwave and fridge.

Comfort D (trilo 6)

The recently renovated 60 m2 Comfort Apartment consists of two bedrooms with double beds, a living room with a sofa bed, a second living room with kitchenette, two bathrooms with shower and two terraces. It is also equipped with air conditioning, TV, hairdryer, microwave and fridge. The room can be connected to Wi-Fi.

Residence Rosa dei Venti is set in the Tuscan countryside, around 600 metres from the sandy beach on the Mazzanta di Vada coast. The beach has a children's playground and a snack bar. The residence offers a reception, a bar, a swimming pool (with a section for children and a section with hydromassage; swimming caps compulsory - available for purchase at the hotel), sunbeds and umbrellas by the pool, artificial beach by the pool, animation programme, Mini Club, garden, multi-purpose football, volleyball, tennis and basketball court, covered parking (1 space per room), Wi-Fi connection in the apartments, BBQ corner with barbecue, bike rental, ping pong, football, laundry (for a fee) and bike rental (for a fee). There are many activities to do around the residence, there are cycling trails, a golf course, horse stables and amusement parks. It is also possible to accommodate a dog in the residence (on request, for a fee of 7-10 €/day), there are dedicated dog parks right inside the residence and a dog corner near the pool. The nearest dog beach, Bau Beach, is located approximately 1.5 km from the residence. On request, it is possible to provide a baby cot in the room (for a fee of 6 €/day). Late check-out available on request (extra charge). Guests are required to pay a refundable security deposit of 100 €/apartment on site.
