It is very conveniently located just 10 km from San Marino, 30 km from Rimini, 30 km from Federico Fellini International Airport and 25 km from the nearest beaches such as Riccione or Cattolica. Shops and services are available just 2 km from the villa, in Fiorentino The 2-storey villa is decorated in a tasteful modern style. The first floor consists of several parts - a glass portico where guests can relax by the fireplace, enjoy the beautiful view of the Italian panorama and savour the delicious local cuisine; then a living room with sofas and a second fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. A brick staircase leads from the living room to the first floor. Here there are three spacious bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have double beds, the third bedroom has two single beds. It is possible to add two more beds or a baby cot for an extra 50 euros per week by arrangement.
