Residence Sant'Anna with panoramic sea views near Pietra Ligure is located about 600 m from the beach and the centre of the resort. For guests there is a swimming pool for adults and a swimming pool for children , a smaller pool with hydromassage and a sun terrace with umbrellas free of charge, sun loungers for a fee (pool open depending on the weather from approx. 15/5 until the end of the season), as well as a playground for children, garden barbecue, garage (for a fee of 5 €/day), football pitch, laundry for a fee of 4 €/token. Entrance hall with reception + free wi-fi, two lifts, bar, shop, children's playroom, lounge with TV, tennis court for a fee, parking (free, limited capacity). Apartments are standard equipped, all with bathroom, telephone, hairdryer, TV, wifi, safe, microwave and balcony with table + 2 chairs and sea view. Comfort apartments also have air conditioning and dishwasher. Small pets allowed on request for a fee of 5 €/day.

The newly renovated villaggio (opened in May 2022) is located in the main part of the popular holiday resort of Bibione Spiaggia. only about 600m from the sandy beach. All apartments have been completely renovated and are equipped with air conditioning, large fridge, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, dishwasher and wi-fi. The kitchenette has an induction hob. Guests can use the large swimming pool and a smaller non-swimming pool, free animation for children and adults, a children's play area, a token laundry, vending machines for drinks and ice cream, as well as a covered barbecue area Dogs are allowed for a fee of 50€/stay. Villa Cisa is a brand new (opening May 2021) and designer three-storey villa with just two apartments, located approximately 700 metres from the sandy beach in Lignano Sabbiadoro. The first apartment is located on the ground floor and the second (penthouse) on the 2nd and 3rd floor, for each there is a garden, parking space and private outdoor space. The apartments are equipped with modern appliances (dishwasher, hob, coffee machine), have electric blinds and air conditioning in each room. Both apartments have a private jacuzzi and two bathrooms.
