The spacious and detached Villa Sabrina with private garden and private pool is located in a quieter part of Lignano Riviera, approximately 600 metres from the sandy beach. The garden offers guests a private pool, a fireplace and garden furniture. The villa is functionally furnished and has its own garage, washing machine, dishwasher, safe and air conditioning. Staying with a small dog is allowed. From mid-May to mid-September the price also includes beach service.

In the fenced garden there is a swimming pool for adults and children (open depending on the weather from mid-May to mid-September). Each villa has two parking spaces, microwave, large fridge, coffee maker, satellite TV, safe and air conditioning. There are also shared washing machines Free WI-FI - one access code for each apartment, another for a fee (this is so called Light Wifi, no downloading/streaming).

The apartments are simply furnished and have satellite TV, safe, coffee maker, air conditioning and microwave, . From mid-May to mid-September the price also includes beach service for each apartment (umbrella, sun lounger and deck chair). Special offer: free linen and towel rental on arrival (possible exchange during a longer stay for a fee - linen 10 €/person, towels 9 €/person), to be requested from the agency on arrival.

The small private villa Alba with only four apartments is located in a quiet area of the resort of Lignano Pineta, about 600 m from the beach and 400 m from the town centre. Guests have at their disposal a large fenced garden and parking. On request, wifi is available for a fee of 20 €/week, in case of interest it must be ordered at the time of booking (this is the so-called Light Wifi, no download/streaming).
