K apartmánu je malá zahrada a parkoviště pro jedno auto. Parkovací místo je kryté, ale výška pouze 180cm. SUV automobil se střešním boxem tam nezaparkujete.

Asi tři supermarkety v blízkosti + restaurace , pizzerie. Do centra tak 20 minut chůze. Takže strava vlastní.

Dle očekávání. Nedostatky: unikající plyn ze samostatné bomby při spuštění plynu, nekvalitní, zastaralá lednice (nicméně chladící), další kuchyňské vybavení průměrné, bez konvice. Nefunkční TV signál (netřeba). Důležitá poznámka: aktuálně vcelku slušné (neproleželé) matrace. Celkově slušný apartmán a menší terasa v původním stavu odpovídající levnějšímu průměru v uvedené oblasti.
Nice two-storey villas Praya with garden are located in a quiet part of the resort, only about 450 m from the beach and 250 m from the center. The apartments are simply furnished and equipped with TV, a garden and a parking space.
Dogs are allowed for a fee of 30-50 € / week (depending on size) and must be requested in advance.

The apartments have a garden with barbecue facilities, a safe, a large fridge and a reserved parking place. There is swimming pool for children and adults, wifi connection at the poolside.
