Tips for trips - Bibione
Italy's most visited seaside resort , Bibione has remained a top destination for many yearsof our (and foreign) tourists who want to enjoy their summer holidays lounging in the sun and swimming in the sea.
In the centre of the town you will find plenty of restaurants, pizzerias, bars and clubs, children's playgrounds, clothing and souvenir shopsand fast food (e.g. pizza, fried calamari, pancakes with Nutella and of course delicious ice cream). There are sports grounds, mini golf, tennis courts and plenty of playgrounds with slides and climbing frames for the little ones. If you have the opportunity, we recommend bringing bicycles or at least roller skates or scooters for the kids.
Check out nearby seaside resorts such as Caorle, Lido di Jesolo, Lignano or Cavallino, ortake a big day trip to the famous Lago di Garda and visit the famous Gardaland theme park. The surrounding towns of San Dona, Portogruaro, Palmanova, the spa town of Grado and of course the unique Venice and its islands are also worth a visit.
The neighbouring resort of Lignano Sabbiadoro also offers plenty of entertainment: there is Gulliverlandia, Parco Junior, Aquasplash waterpark, Punta Verde Zoo, Strabilia funfair and I Gommosi bouncy castles. From Bibione, Lignana is a short drive - a few kilometres by road, otherwise the resorts are practically separated only by the Tagliamento estuary.
