Úzke parkovacie miesta, každý apartmán mal vlastné parkovacie miesto. 2 výťahy úplne stačili, za celý pobyt fungovali oba.

Staršie zariadenie (skinky a stoličky), avšak kuchyňa dobre zariadená, kúpeľňa veľká, sprchový kút so závesom. V spálni nefungovali rolety, tak sme ich mali celý pobyt zatiahnuté. Takže na balkón sa dalo vyjsť len z obývačky. To nám až tak nevadilo, keďže sme boli piati v šesť-miestnom apartmane. Ak by nás bolo viac, nedalo by sa vyjst na balkon kvoli roztiahnutemu lôžku. Klíma bola veľké plus.

Pláž pekná čistá, more však bolo plné rias.

Veľa ihrísk v okolí na plážach, tiež beach aerobic, animacie pre deti. Ubytovanie kúsok od hlavnej pasaze, kde bývali koncerty a vystúpenia.

Bez stravy, ale dalo sa najesť v blízkosti.
Destinaci navštěvujeme již 20 let. Odbaveni u místní agentury je vždy bezproblémové,je zde velmi vstřícný a ochotný personál

Residence Viel e Concordia is located in Bibione Spiaggia. It is two small apartment complexes, adjacent and located in the immediate vicinity of the centre and only 250 m from the beach.
