Villa La Quercia Sassetta. Villa La Quercia is set in green surroundings approximately 800 m from Sassetta and 12 km from Marina di Castagneto and the sea. The renovated villa with 3 apartments (the connection of the apartments Erica and Fresia will create a 4th type Gardenia) offers the possibility to spend a quiet holiday. In the garden, guests can enjoy a seating area with barbecue, wifi, parking space and swimming pool (shared with Villa Il Castagno).

Heating is charged at 2 EUR/hr (Erica and Fresia) and 2,5 EUR/hr (Dalia).

Outside the high season there is the possibility of shortened stays (5 days, on request).

The apartments are non-smoking.

Living room with TV, two sofa beds, kitchenette with dishwasher, washing machine, fireplace, two triple bedrooms with bathroom. In the garden there is a seating area with barbecue and parking space. One part of the apartment is wheelchair accessible including an adapted bathroom. The price is for 8 people, 9th and 10th person for an additional fee 88 €/week.
